Return & Exchanges

All Chemical products can not be returned or exchanged unless defected. Shipping charges and wire transfer fees are non-refundable. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns and exchanges. No returns and exchanges after 7 days of delivery.

Appliances and electronic equipments:
Contact the manufacturers directly to get warranty from them so that you can avoid any unwanted fees caused by return process, such as restocking fee and retuning shipping cost.

Do not return any product until you have the RMA number:
To make an exchange or obtain a refund, email (info@oliviabeautyshop.com) us your request. All return requests must be accompanied by a written explanation of the reason for return. We will review your request and send you an RMA number and return address if approved.
